"I was with this company for over 20 years. I thought that the person helping me a week ago had completed my transaction. I call just to make sure. To my surprise, they had missed sending me a form. I thought they should have called to let me know, as the transaction was not completed without it. No apologies, just rudeness. Then, when talking to the owner, he was nasty. I explained to him that I was told I would get a follow-up call by the end of yesterday and that It didn't happen. Btw, the owner only called me back when I threatened to report the office to corporate. He sited all the problems the office was facing and that he had surgery recently. In my opinion, this does not surfice for his office, ignoring my calls or the lack of communication. He told me he didn't care about how I felt, when I explained that the office wasn't calling me back, he said my attitude was nasty. Yes, I am upset when this transaction was started last week, and it's now Tuesday, and Im still being jerked around. He told me to transfer to a new office. Lol, I 'm ahead of you there. DON'T USE THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND SPITEFUL. Then, craig calls with excuses, and tells me I'm not a nice person. All that I wanted was some communication. If that's what you want, you won't find it here!"

"Unfortunately I had bad experience with this company in particular wen I call to switch to a different agent he never send the documents for my request instead he waited until the end of the month just to charge me the full amount.
But before this issue he called me asking for the reason, why I was switching to an other agent i was very clear to him I said to him to expensive. I guess what he hang up the phone on me ,he's not good at all...disgusting..."

I have been with this agent for years, after dealing with the years of disrespect by workers including agent, I have finally decided to switch to another office. The people in this office lack communication within the office itself. I shouldn't have 5 calls on the same subject (give them my husbands license number and insurance information when he doesn't even live in this state) let alone have to be threaten that my policy will be canceled if I don't take action this very minute (forget that I am working) as if you couldn't take my business else where.... and now the agent won't stop texting me after I asked for communication be by mail.... I previously left a negative review (see above) on this office because of the lack of importance they had on a previous concern and the Agent himself called me asking me to change the review because I should understand that he had a personal problem which had nothing to do with my policy and that's why no one could call me back or address my insurance concern. I look forward to working with an agent that appreciates my business and not one who speaks to me as if I am a child that is in trouble."
